The big brand-named franchise Real Estate Agency Port St Lucie may seem appealing to some people because they may (falsely) believe that they will have some sort of special inside track into better properties to buy, or better marketing strategies for the sale of their home. The fact is all Realtors draw from the same information regardless of the name of their brokerage. The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is used by every real estate agent and contains all the same information for every licensed agent.

As a successful Realtor that started out in one of the largest real estate agencies in Port St Lucie, I can speak from my own personal knowledge and experience that the most important factor when buying or selling real estate is to choose the best possible real estate agent, regardless of their brokerage affiliation.

Truthfully, it’s been my experience that the best real estate agents leave the big named franchises to either start their own brokerage or join a transaction office where they can spend the most amount of time with their clients, and not being trapped in an office performing “floor-time”, which translated means, mandatory sitting around the Real Estate Agency Port St Lucie waiting for a customer to walk in the door.

I have found that the newest and least experienced real estate agents can be found doing floor-time because they lack the experience and confidence to be out on their own. They need the false sense of security of a big brand-named franchise Real Estate Agency.

As a transaction office real estate agent, I have the experience and the confidence to handle any residential transaction, whether it’s listing homes, leasing houses, or assisting buyers to find their perfect dream home. I have personally closed real estate transactions all over the Treasure Coast and beyond, including Port St Lucie, St Lucie West, Fort Pierce, Palm City, Jupiter, and more.

So, my educated advice is…if you are in need of real estate assistance, choose the best possible experienced real estate agent, not a real estate agency!
