Real Estate Agency | Jennifer Fleschner, Realtor
Exceeded My Expectations“Jen far exceeded my expectations. Her ability to quickly and effectively communicate with me throughout the entire purchase process, while removing any impediments that cropped up, made a usually stressful event, into anything but. I also appreciated how she answered all of my questions in an easy to understand way, and patiently explained details to me (often more than once) until I was completely comfortable. However, what really set Jen apart from other real estate agents, whom I’ve known and worked with, was her treatment toward me. Although she was always very professional, she still treated me more like a friend (not just a client), and valued that friendship much more than any possible commission.” Cody Swann – Buyer of 2518 SE Pineland Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida

What makes a great Real Estate Agency? So what does make a great real estate agency? I guess (just like anything else) it depends on who you ask. From my perspective, having spent my first year with a large branded franchise real estate agency, I think working there was anything but great. In fact, as I remember it, the words prison and torture come to mind. You really had to keep alert at all times so you didn't end up with a shiv in the back. Okay, a little dramatic I know (I was a drama major in college), but that real estate agency was seriously cutthroat. Everyone was out for themselves, and the broker seemed to like it that way. I guess if there was anything good that came out of that experience, I would have to say that I now know how great my current real estate agency is in comparison.
REAL ESTATE OF FLORIDA is my current brokerage and I’m really (REALLY) happy there. The management and the broker are absolutely terrific. I have more interaction with my current office manager and broker than I ever had at that big franchise office, where the broker was rarely there and the office manager was cooped up in his office and unapproachable. As a transaction agent at REAL ESTATE OF FLORIDA, my time isn't being wasted sitting in a competitive real estate agency cold-calling people during their dinnertime to inform them that…"Inventory is low and I could sell your house for a really good price. Oh, you don’t want to sell your house (you really want to enjoy dinner with your family, don’t you?) do you know anyone that would be interested in selling their home?" You get the idea, that’s what it’s like to work at those big brand-named franchised Real Estate Agencies. So, what makes a great real estate agency? The answer is people, and REAL ESTATE OF FLORIDA is great because it has great people. We don’t bother folks at home during dinnertime, we just go about our business as real estate professionals and we make our client’s experiences great, just like our office! |
